This isn't a standard leadership course. Through intensive 1:1 coaching using the Leadership Impact framework, we create deep, lasting transformation in how you show up as a leader. The program is entirely personalised to your leadership challenges and aspirations, ensuring every session drives meaningful progress towards your goals.

Beyond our 1-1 60-minute sessions, you may wish to allocate time for reflection and implementation.
This varies for the individual and the leadership barriers we address and will be a result of the coaching, there is no need to work on the changes already made to your internal landscape.
Some clients like to block 30 minutes for reflection, ideation and action after each session.

Yes. Previous coaching experience can actually enhance your results, as you'll already understand the power of working with a coach. This program is also a powerful adjunct to any other leadership program as you will overcome leadership barriers to amplify the results of any other program.
