Does this year already feel heavy & exhausting?
I was speaking to a client this week who joined me in Mindset Foundations last year.
She was saying that this year already feels heavy in tone.
People are stressed & behaving poorly already.
Then she said something that literally lit up my soul.
She said...
'Mindset foundations has changed the way I think about everything. Its given me a new lens, perspective & feeling about how I think.
It's helped me to attach to something meaningful.
It's been foundational for inspiration & change at the core'.
Even with the heaviness of the world, we can attach to something meaningful within us.
As I prepare to help a new group of aspirational professionals to do the same, I am inspired to know that we can grow more, be more & do more to help ourselves & those around us during heavy times.
